tests: Replace "TEST_ASSERT(!memcmp ...)" by ASSERT_COMPARE
The usage of "!memcmp()" is at least not recommended and better to use the macro dedicated for buffer comparisons. Signed-off-by: Ronald Cron <ronald.cron@arm.com>
