Breakpad Linux dumper: Don't be silly about global functions.

The Google C++ Style Guide does not require this silliness, since the function is in the google_breakpad namespace anyway. a=jimblandy, r=nealsid git-svn-id: http://google-breakpad.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@519 4c0a9323-5329-0410-9bdc-e9ce6186880e
